Restorart was incorporated in 1982 to provide conservation and restoration services for the private, public, commercial, institutional, and corporate sectors. In 1989, a fully equipped and climate controlled 1800-square-foot studio facility was set up and continues to operate at this location in Toronto. The studio specializes in traditional and contemporary easel and mural paintings of various media and substrates, historic and artistic artefacts, paper, and heritage interiors. Consultation and advisory services are offered for museums and art galleries; municipal, provincial, and federal government collections and agencies; and corporate, commercial, and private clients. 

Restorart does not publish its list of clients, honouring their privacy and confidentiality.

Internship training has been made available for national and international post-graduate candidates since 1994.
